Can I request for a pricelist of your products?
Since our products are customized according to our clients' needs, we do not have a fixed pricelist because our prices depend on the item ordered. You may give us details on what you need and we will send you a corresponding price/quotation.
How do I order?
You may set up an appointment with us and visit our office and order there or through phone. Please be ready with all the necessary details so that we can give you a quick and accurate response.
How much lead time does French Kiss need for my order?
This depends on the item, the volume of your order and our work load. Simple and small orders such as our regular cookies, bars, cupcakes, etc. will only require an order placed at least 2-3 days ahead, while large volumes and more specialized items (such as cupcakes and cakes with candy toppers or figures, flowers, etc.) will require at least one to two weeks lead time. Many of our products are handmade which require time to air dry and harden. Here is a general list that you can use as a referal:
• Regular items (dessert cookies, bars, cakes, cupcakes without candy toppers or figures, etc.): At least 3-5 days ahead
• Customized items (sugar cookies with designs, cakes or cupcakes with candy toppers or figures, and other handmade items): At least 1-2 weeks ahead, depending on the number of items ordered
• Large customized items (tiered wedding, debut, birthday cakes, etc.): At least 2-4 weeks ahead
Is a downpayment required for my order? How and where can I pay this?
• For booked orders that are to be delivered with in the month: Full payment is required upon ordering.
• If you book at least one month
prior to the date the item/s need to be delivered: 50% Downpayment required. The remaining 50% balance shall be paid one (1) week prior to the event.
You may pay personally at our office - we accept cash or checks. Please make all checks payable to FRENCH KISS CORP. You may also deposit the amount via bank deposit. Please call us up to get our bank details.
Is a minimum order required for certain items?
Yes. We have a minimum order required for the following items:
• Cupcakes
• Sugar cookies
• Dessert cookies and bars
• Empanadas
• Truffles
• Mini cakes
• Other small edible souvenirs
Please call us up to inquire the minimum amount of a particular item.
Does French Kiss Deliver? What are your rates?
Yes. We deliver within and beyond the vicinity of Metro Manila. Our fixed rate for delieveries within Metro Manila is P450. For areas outside of Metro Manila, we have special rates. Prices of these rates are available upon request.
My event is going to be out of town. Can French Kiss deliver outside of Metro Manila?
Yes. Please contact us for further information.
Is there a minimum amount that I need to reach for French Kiss to deliver my order?
No. We can deliver for any amount reached.
Do you have a retail store?
No. For now, we only produce items as they are ordered.
What are your operating hours?
• Office Hours: Monday to Fridays 9 AM to 6 PM
• Appointment Times: 10 AM to 5 PM
• Saturdays and Sundays: Reserved for deliveries. Should you need to book an appointment with us on weekends, please contact us ahead of time.
• Major Holidays: Closed
